My order until now is not delivered. I ordered on Nov 21 and paid an extra charge for rush delivery for Christmas but unfortunately not delivered try to chat with them but no answer. Very disappointing. They don't have customer service to call.
I am unable to return an order - the item was defective. I've reached out via the chat function but have not received a reply or a return label. The website indicates that the order is still processing. Also because the product was defective - one side of the garment was significantly longer than the other - I should not be charged for return shipping.
I have't received my order or any updates since placing it
It took several weeks to arrive and fabric was not as I expected and return label not included. I need return label to send it back
Excellent customer service which gives me confidence to order again. If it isn't right, chickwish will fix it.

Worst experience ever! I ordered 3 items. They all came about a month or more after I ordered them, which was way too late for the event I needed them by and the quality was lacking to say the least.
Horrible. Sizing way off and denied a return. Now have two skirts and no use for them.
The material on the wrap around sweater was terrible. Material looked like it was snagged in some spots. The pullover sweater was huge! Not true to size

Hi I have tried to inquire of returning the items to NO response. Now I am frustrated and not willing to wear these items
Extremely delayed delivery. Arriving in parts. No actual realistic time indication given whilst waiting, (or when placing an order) just random emails notifying of processed delivery, when it was eventually processed.
The date when I needed the items did pass and I emailed customer service confirming the order was well delayed and advising that they can stop processing the remaining items as they no longer required after such delay and that I will be going away for 3 weeks which will make it impossible for me to return them on time, even if they eventually arrive. No reply received back.
I am already away and received a notification that the remaining items were delivered.
The whole shopping experience is a nightmare.
Still want my top for Christmas so it's urgent. Would you please ask someone to

The skirt I ordered was not exactly what I wanted as the fabric looked like pajama material which it didn't really state on the website. It was flannel.
I would like to return the item.
Placed my order on 23/11/24 and to date it has not arrived and it is now 22/12/24. It was apparently handed over to the delivery artist on 17/12/24. Too slow for my liking so unfortunately I will not be ordering again.
On November 20th I ordered a Christmas fun outfit, 3 items, to wear on a few occasions before Christmas. 2 items arrived but the 3rd a sweater hasn't yet so, I wasn't advised of the delay, if I had been I could've chosen something else. Disappointed.
I ordered a skirt and couple of pairs of earrings to add $10 to get free shipping. The skirt came 12 days later. I didn't know it was coming in two shipments. After five days of receiving the earrings, I messaged them about the skirt. They responded in a few minutes, included the tracking for the skirt. The skirt arrived in the mail yesterday, four weeks after placing the order.
I'm leary of Chinese websites and products. I could not find a skirt I liked in stores or on a western website. I took the risk. The skirt is as depicted on the website. I used the chart for the skirt and not the general size chart. It does fit.
