The picture of the top displayed shows a zippered back and gold buttons at the cuffs. What I received instead was a cheaper version of what they must have been selling previously. No zipper at the back, just a big unattractive hole with a pearlized button to close and cheap pearlized buttons at the cuffs. I found the correct version on Amazon selling for almost half the price and I received it already. I think I should be able to get a cash refund and not be forced to use a site credit on something else.
It took nearly a month to get rme. The item is not Medium, too small, and you have to place your hands backward to get them in the pockets. Lining is poor quality

I found the products lacking in information.particularly fabric content. And maybe some more about the styling and cut of the garment.
Once ordered I was left hanging with no idea of when product would arrive.I contacted customer service and they didn't give me much better info. In the end they said it was lost in the mail. I had received the item and informed them. The skirt is nice and well cut and fits true to size.
I placed an order on Nov. 24 and didn't received the order until Dec. 9th - 15 days after order. Now I have tried to return items 12 days after receiving you are not allowing me to return items because it is more than 25 days from order. Taking part of my return time from 15 days to receive the item is not appropriate?
I loved the product and their communication overall. I just didn't like the fact that it took like three weeks for me to get my package, otherwise it would have been five stars

This is a great hand knitted cardigan and fits perfect to size. I wish it came in more colours, especially black. Looks good over a T shirt with jeans. Delivery took quite a while but delivered when stated.
I like the quality of the clothes but they sent the product in a bag that said it was biodegradable when it clearly was not. Obviously they just took a regular plastic bag and wrote "biodegradable" on it so buyers would think they are a company that cares about sustainability. Kind of skeezy. It would be better if it just said nothing at all.
The clothes are really cute design and the quality seems great.
The only con is that the shipment took a while to arrive in America, so give your order a lot of lead time.
Their customer service is very responsive and helpful too.

Ordered an outfit for thanksgiving and it arrived over a month later. Did not realize it was shipping from another country. I sent a return but was charged $13 return fee.
I contacted customer service about my shipping and they responded back to me. I appreciate that a lot. The items I purchased were quality items and look great. The price is very reasonable.
