I ordered this in plenty of time for a Christmas outfit. Still haven't received it and was told they have no control over the package once it leaves. Really?

Trying to return an item! I couldn't use the return form they have as the order was more than a certain number of days before... that's because they took so long to post to me! I tried to return within 2 days of receiving it! The 'live chat' button did not seem to 'work' 'respond' either! I have since posted them a message on social media... still awaiting their response... zzzzzz...
The items I received were nice looking of decent quality, but they took a very long time to arrive and exchanging things was a hassle. When I received my exchange, it was the wrong size and working with customer service was a slow and frustrating process. After going to the trouble to make the return, I only received less than a dollar in refunds, as they counted the points I used to make the purchase against me, even though the points I earned were from the exchange that I paid to return in the first place.
It took forever to deliver. The size was ridiculously smaller than usual. It took forever to return. Then they deducted $13 to ship back. I would never order from them again.
Was unable to return item as it was one day past the return date which was due to delivery not being on time
The belt I received had a very strong smell of fish so was unable to use it.
I will say the returns process was easy and you as glad to receive a refund.
Won't use again.
Both the skirt and the shirt are very beautiful and exactly as in the photos! I used them for a wedding and received many compliments!
Placed my order and it did not even ship for 19 days. 19 days! Then when it finally shipped it came from China on the slow boat. The coat is pretty enough if not a little small in the shoulder seams. Probably will order local next time
The dress looked beautiful until I tried it on. The waist was too high so I didn't look good in it. Would not be buying again since it took a long time to arrive and the return was a hassle and not free.
The sweaters did not arrive on time and then. Only half the order was sent. The quality of sweaters was lacking.
I am still waiting on part of the order that I expected weeks ago.
When I got home from a trip the package had been delivered. I'm unhappy with the quality of the outfit & have requested a refund on the website … I have not received any information about my return.

Placed an order over a month ago and still haven't received yet. The occasion I purchased the outfit for has already passed and I still haven't received my order.
Ordered items and upon delivery was advised via a paper note inside that it had been split. The 2nd parcel is yet to arrive and the tracking isn't helpful. I've tried to use chat functionality to check on order but it doesn't work and so have sent a message on Instagram but there has been no reply as of yet.
Have said somewhat as the product is lovely.
