After browsing the Chic wish website, I decided on a few items that I wanted to purchase, to wear to some upcoming events. A few days went by and I was getting nervous because the first of the events was days away. I realized that I had waited too long to buy something online. Absolutely my fault. I sent a message to Chic wish customer service asking about my order and if they thought it would get here in time. In less than 24 hours someone reached out and asked me to confirm the date I needed the items by. I replied with the date and again, within hours someone messaged me back and said that my items would not be here in time and gave me the option of canceling my order or just letting it be. I chose to cancel only because I needed that money to purchase attire for these events. The cancelation was done within minutes and I received a message regarding my refund. I received my refund from my bank in less than 2 days and I still had 1 day to shop. I have to say, I remember when customer service was like this everywhere, many years ago. Nowadays it's hard to find. If your on the fence, don't be. They were fantastic. I will be ordering some things that I fell in love with from their website. So, while I can't speak on quality of clothes, I can say this. It is a legitimate company and I was able to get a hold of someone easily and they responded in a quick manner and took carr of the issue.
I ordered over a month out for two Xmas party outfits.
The site says 8-10 days after processing for delivery. Took over 3 weeks to process, then over 2 to deliver it. I haven't even tried on the outfit because both parties have come and gone. Just make sure you have plenty of time.
Well designed clothes with such a flair for unique style. Price is right and shipping was quick.
I was very happy with the quality of the items that I purchased and when I had to return them, because they ran small, customer service was responsive and efficient!
I never received my order and when I inquired about it, they said they were out of stock. I told them to cancel my order and requested a refund. If I had not reached out, I may not have ever heard from them again.
Order took too long to arrive, by the time it got here my Christmas party was over. I sent it back, and have yet to receive a refund.

I am a Medium and the skirt they said is a medium was not it was a XS to Small. Contacted them to return and no answer. Also I ordered on Oct 20 received it on December 14… totally unacceptable
The skirts are very nice the tops that go with the skirts are cheap. It took forever for the package to arrive & unfortunately I couldn't get the outfit in time for a party. I plan on returning both outfits

Very excited, I bought a dress, when it arrived it was beautiful, but it was too big and I couldn't fix it because it was for a wedding outside of Spain. I will ask again calmly
The top wasn't easy to tie. It needed to be wrapped around but there was skin exposed on both sides. Didn't look like the photo.
The clothes are the perfect size and look well made and really nice. I am happy with my purchase
When I placed the order I thought I order something from the UK. Instead these are Chinese products, shipped from mainland China. This in turn means a very slow delivery process with poor tracking.
Ordered dress in 17.11.2024., it is 18.12.2024., but purchase isn't delivered jet.
I always have multiple orders from them an it never disappointment me. Clothes were in high quality and very cheek. I highly recommend them.
