I've had a few things the delivery can take while so need to order way in advance if need it for something special. Sizing is very hit and miss unfortunately.
Product was exactly as expected, customer service was responsive regarding shipping
I ordered two dresses. Both took a while to arrive. One had a slit that went far too high and the dress was a bit to promy for what I needed. The other looked a bit too costumey.
Shopping experience was good it just was not a flattering fit on me

I bought a party dress (first buy) but, despite being it a gorgeous piece, it did not fir me well. I exchanged for three other pieces that were just perfect!
The problem is that the shipping costs from Italy are more or less as the item value.
Easy website to use. The pictures online are pretty accurate in real life, but shipping needs work...I paid for express shipping and it took several more days because certain items were "out of stock." I would prepare yourself to order your stuff like a few weeks in advance...
The skirt is well made and super cute. The velvet bats are actually fuzzy!
