My order has had no update in 3 days, when I called to get an update uni their shipping company told me to be patient it was coming that night. It didn't. I called the next morning and they told me it take 48 hours to figure out where the package was or 2 hours to speak with a manager. Both these times have lapsed and no word from anyone. I tried using Chicwish bot to help. Doesn't even work, just loops on the website. No response from their customer service either. I have purchased before without issue but I will not be a customer.moving forward.
I was able to get my correct item without any real issues, so I'm satisfied. I just took off one star because I would've liked more updates after I placed my order but before my item tracking number was sent to me. I had to reach out on my own to customer service to make sure there were no issues with my order after a week or so of no tracking number and no order update emails.
Beautiful and great quality. Excellent fit. Only issue was that shipping took a while.
Ordering was very easy using their online website. Quick response and shipping time was timely.
Ordered items were back ordered but once notified the outfit was needed asap for a party, customer service shipped them to a new address and items were received in time. Thank you!
I followed the measurements on Chicwash after measuring my waist it is 90cm I ordered the xxl, but when it arrived it was way too big.
I have had to take it to a dressmaker to adjust.
Also the zip on the skirt is quite stiff and hard to zip up and down.
The courier company used in Australia (YunExpress) is very slow at delivering it took 19 days to arrive and sat in a warehouse in Sydney for around six days ( I could see this via the tracking app) before spending another 4 days sitting in another warehouse 1 hour from my address. Because of this I did not have time to send back to chicwash to get the correct size, and wait possibly another 20 or more days to get the order.
My dress came quickly and looked just like the picture. Great quality
