I first saw ChicWish through an online ad, and was cautious about a new to me seller.
I compared the hat I was considering to similar products on Etsy. Some of the photos in the customer reviews on Etsy looked different that what their shops were advertising. I was looking for a croched costume hat, and some of the Etsy reviews looked like the shipped products were felt. I am happy with the croched witches hat I received from ChicWish. I think it looks much classier than the options in the big box Halloween stores, and cost a third of the price.

I thought the quality of the products were excellent and I would consider purchasing again.

Communication was good, arrived after 3 weeks. Tracking was okay.

There was a "delivery exception" with my order which caused my shipment to get returned to the sender (not sure why), I received my shipment a week or two late because of this.

After about 2 weeks with no word of the order being shipped, I reached out via email to ask if there were any issues with my order. It turned out that one of the shirts (1/3 products) wasn't available yet and they would need to ship it from another distribution center. I wish they would have emailed my to let me know earlier. Other than that, the product is exactly the quality I hoped for. Just a little too big. I'm hoping that the return/exchange process isn't too difficult.

I have been shopping Chicwish for a few years and absolutely love their product and their service. I always tell my friends to check out Chicwish - they will not disappoint.

Didn't ship out right away because apparently they were out of stock on some items I had ordered. Then it took 3 weeks to get here. Won't order from again.

The clothes are fashionable and classy. The website is very easy to shop around and find exactly what I'm looking for.

I have been shopping with Chicwish for a few years and I have never been disappointed. Their clothes are good quality, great staple pieces and also unique pieces that no one else will be wearing. I have never had a problem with receiving my orders or returning them. They could do a better job at describing the clothes item online - for example, naming the fabric and/or fabrics that the item consists of and whether the size is based on U.S. sizing or Asian sizing.
Additionally, along the way, I have realized a couple of things that I may have missed in the 'small print':
1. Shipping is not the fastest and, in my case, the longest was up to a couple of months. I purchase a lot of things online and Chicwish does not tell you your expected date of delivery upfront. The email stating that there is a delay came when the product was already in the U.S. and it arrived quickly afterwards. I would have expected the email much earlier in the process.
2. You can ship any item that you are returning for free if you let them keep the money you paid for the item as a credit on your account. Otherwise, you pay for shipping.

Earrings arrived on time, good quality for the price. Items arrived on time, well packaged. Only drawback, is they could do with coming with an extra pair of backs, as they are clear plastic, so easily lost, then can't wear earrings, but overall pleased.

The delivery didn't take long time as expected, and the app that you use for tracking is helpful

Good experience but leave plenty of time for delivery if you need your items for a specific event ñ.

Great quality and styles, shipment just takes a while. Also when returning item(s) the customer as to pay money to ship back which is a huge downside is something doesn't look good/fit well

I was nervous ordering from ChicWish after seeing it on social media for so long but I finally decided to try it out and was not disappointed. I received all of the pieces I ordered in two separate shipments. Everything is good quality and very comfortable. I will definitely be ordering again.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quick delivery. Also the quality is great. It's always hard to tell from a picture but this skirt and top did not disappoint.
