Skirt is beautiful and just as pictured on the website. It's very long on me and I will need to get it tailored. I ordered this skirt a month ago and it took a long time to be delivered. I feel like some communication regarding shipping times should be given when checking out because at first when I wasn't getting notifications about my order, I thought I had been scammed. Having a notification of better communication on the time expected would have not made me feel scammed since I had to message Chicwish inquiring about my order to find out it wasn't shipping for several weeks. Also, if you plan to have this shirt for a planned occasion, buy it well in advance so it shows up on time. I have a skirt I bought in an order before this skirt that I still have not received. I did buy that skirt for a specific purpose and had to find something else because That event has gone and past now. Which is very disappointing.
I had an easy time finding the products I was looking for and the shipping process was great.
Did not receive the shipment confirmation. Also the delivery (2 items)came in two separate shipment. There was no note attached with the first delivery saying the second item is on the way, which caused confusion. Would be good if two separate shipment confirmation email were sent.
Was easy to order and track shipment. Item arrived on perfect condition.

I placed a large order and ended up only liking one item. It was the pink skirt with hearts on. I really like it.
However, one item was not sent in the same package and there was no communication on this. Finally it did come!
Since then I have returned 4 of the 5 items. Hopefully I will receive a refund soon. 🤞🏻
I am now waiting on 2 more items. I paid £17 for an express delivery but nothing came. Once I communicated with chi wish they told me the items aren't in stock (!) and do they reimbursed the delivery fee thankfully!
I do find the communication to be very poor…..
