Hadn't realised it was shipped from china. Then the delivery wouldn't allow for leaving with a neighbour or in safe place. Hence it didn't arrive in time for the event I'd wanted it for. A bit disappointed so it hasn't been worn and put in cupboard until next year.
Dress looked beautiful, but impossible to tell from picture how big the slit of the dress was. It was so big it did spoil what could have been a beautiful dress - the way its branded, chic, and that it was a floor length gown, i hoped it would be less overtly (wide to the crotch slit level) revealing.
I was disappointed to see the terms and conditions of returning in the small print included the customer paying for this (despite chicwish not providing stores to try on)

Shipping time isn't great. Takes 25 days to receive in Canada. Would be nice to have a faster shipping method option.

The clothes are beautiful and unique. The company that shipped is a little iffy. I got notice they delivered on a Saturday. I was concerned because there was no package. It arrived Monday.

I placed an order on 10/10 and my CC was charged on 10/11.20 days later, my order is still "in process'. Numerous (4) attempts to contact them via their "chat" have been fruitless. I would think long and hard before I do any business with them.

Won't order from here again. I paid extra for expedited shipping and the item didn't ship until after the event I needed them for. I ordered this 5 weeks prior to the event.
