Great first time experience. Shipping takes a bit so be aware.

First time to purchase clothes from this website. All went ok. A bit of wait for delivery but all items were delivery in good packaging and clothes were all nice.

It came faster than I thought - nicely made. Fits great. Received many compliments!

I love the clothes but the one shirt is too small and I'm having a hard time returning it. It'sa beautiful shirt and I love it and the others.

Very Good customer service, did not like item. I emailed reg. My refund and I was refunded immediately.

I placed an order on the 10th November (and paid by apple pay) and never received an order confirmation (after checking my inbox and my spam) - I have tired to reach out to them multiple times but there is only the option of livechat which is only bot responses and was pointless even trying. So I have paid for goods and have no way of resolving this with Chicwish, so the only option is to now approach my bank to try and get this resolved!

I was happy with the purchasing experience, and received my items pretty timely, but I'm not happy about the return policy and the lack of communication from the company on whether they received my return item. I returned the top the same day I received it (11/26/24) and still haven't heard back from ChicWish in an email...but I'm still getting advertising for more clothing sales every day. Other online companies, such as Lulu's always respond fairly quickly with an email. This will probably influence my future purchases with ChicWish.

Having a hard time returning the items that did not fit. Online return request does not work and customer service instructs me to do a complete different process to make the return, doesn't follow the return process that is written on their website return process.

Delivery came as scheduled and the customer service was great.

I liked the way they kept me posted about the order and then asked if I received it.
Quality is very good.

Too many emails on the items. Frustrating return policy that one needs to hunt for. Deduct $20 in fees when I returned. If it fits you, you're good. If return or exchange, I'll pass for the future. Not like name brand companies.

The return window is 25 days. I reached out to initiate a return within 30 days and I have twice received a message that an operator will contact me. It has been two days and no word/response.

I'm satisfied with the dress I received but the tracking was a bit confusing as it went back and forth between each status of shipping.

Once the order was processed and paid, I received email to confirm address for shipping. However, I never received a shipping confirmation with date shipped. When I checked the website to track order, it said "Processing" but no other information. More than 3 weeks later, the package arrived at my house as I was leaving for vacation and upon return, I found that one of the items was poorly made, with stitches handging out in the front in a very noticeable place. Not sure it would be eligible for return at this point; will need to go through customer support. What a hassle when so many other online vendors make returns and exchanges so easy.

Fun clothing options - takes a while to receive items.

I showed all my purchase to my friends and they all love it. Since then they've been checking out the site. Now most of them are buying. 🤗

Great selection and easy to use site! As a busy working mom, it's hard for me to get to store to shop. ChickWish made it very easy for me to browse the type of dress that I needed, and was very low stress. Thank you!

I returned the set for a refund but have not received it yet.
