Ordering was easy, but getting tracking information was a challenge, and the colors of some of the products I ordered were way, way off I thought I was sent the wrong thing.
Dresses are exactly as shown on photo. Received with no hassles. Great value for money.
I paid for express 3-5 days express shipping but it still took 2 weeks for my order to arrive. It missed my event that I ordered it for by 2 days.
My order arrived in 2 separate packages. Although this is not a new process I was surprised at the length of time it took for the second part of my order to arrive.
Shopping online was easy, with a huge variety available. One item was shipped later but customer service was helpful and I received the last item shortly thereafter.

All the clothes I received were well made and good material. The issues I experienced was the fact that they use DHL for shipping and delivery and therefore required a signature. It took 2 weeks past the delivery date for me to get my packages because the DHL delivery person came to my house at the same time every day (while I was at work). I changed the address to my mothers who works from home, but the order was two packages and they only updated the address on one. I did not see a "no signature needed" option when on the purchasing page.
So, if you work from home, buy the clothes. If you work a 9-5, pass or change the shipping address to someone who's home often.

I ordered these pieces for a holiday party and 2 out of the 3 were terrible.
It came right away. I had good communication through chat.
The products took a bit of time to arrive. Considering the distance, it was a reasonable amount of time. I mistakenly ordered two pairs of the same pants. Customer service caught it and contacted me to see if I wanted to order two pairs. I said it was an error and they stopped shipment on the second pair and applied a credit to my card within 24 hours. I will absolutely buy from here again.
I'm very happy with the products received. I only wish there would have been a disclosure on how long it would take to received my items.
