This is my second purchase and I love love love this company! The items were delivered within 2 weeks (USA) and the items have all be AMAZING! So many compliments plus I absolutely love the look and feel!

I am happy with the product I received, but I felt misled by the website for the rest of the process. I was supposed to receive my order in 6-8 days after it shipped, allowing for about 3 business days of processing at the company - so about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks of waiting for my order at most. I did not even get my order shipped until 2 weeks after I placed it, and it then took almost 2 more weeks to arrive. I did not know beforehand that my order would be coming from China, otherwise I would have expected it to take longer. I did not see anywhere on the website stating the product was made and shipped from China, so that plus the fact I waited a month for my order when it was supposed to be only about 2 weeks was very frustrating.
Never received the order. Courier does not have a proof of delivery.No contact info to ask for a refund. This is a freaking scam!

Shoes reflect delivery times and paying for returns unless you ask for credit or exchange which is then free.

The actual product, when I finally got it, was exactly what I had ordered! However, it took way longer than it should have for me to get any sort of reliable shipping number and tracking information. I had to either download an app or rely on a questionable website for any sort of tracking. There was no affirmative updates on when the package would arrive.
My experience was good. I received all my product in time. Overall ok
