Love working with Chicwish, not my first time because I love the quality and the customer service
I love the items that I got, but I paid for 3-5 day shipping. Once the items were shipped, instead of taking the 3-5 days, they took three weeks to arrive. Too late for the event I planned to wear them at, but I still enjoy wearing them. Next time I order I will not be paying extra for shipping.
The products are beautiful and carefully curated. I wish shipping was faster.

The dress didn't fit me as it was too small, more like a M than a L-XL. Also I am trying to return it and the website is confusing, the returns information says different things to each other and the chat bot doesn't work. Also there is no obvious email address or contact phone number for help.
Easy to find cute outfits at good prices. Shipping to US takes awhile.

I was very hesitant to order based on reviews. Quality was exactly as it looked. I needed to have before Halloween and it said it would arrive the day before and they did even better. I received two days before.

I found the item I was looking for very easily, following a Pinterest link, my size was available, and the price was fair. Occasionally it takes Chicwish a long time to ship me products, but this arrived quickly.
Easy to order, but dress is not as advertised on the website. Also the return of the item is ridiculous as the company takes out a fee from your purchase to return the item. False advertising and poor quality product.
