Chicwish sent my order in two separate packages, so when it came time to return the items, not all of my returns fit into the provided return label. I ended up having to use my own box and pay for shipping. None of that money was refunded, and honestly, it was not worth the shipping costs for the two items I kept.
Too long for delivery. No customer service phone number. Will never use again. Returns too difficult.

I have ordered 8 items and received only 4 of them. They inserted a slip marking the items they sent but charged me for the 8 items! It is not possible to contact them in any way, no one is getting back to you. This is a complete scam. I ordered from them once before and received the 2 products, but after this I will never order again and recommend to everyone to avoid. I intend to pursue a legal action against the store based on this behavior.

I ordered another skirt from Chicwish. It took longer than normal for it to be shipped. When I contacted customer service they responded very quickly, They explained what had happened with my order. They kept me updated the entire time till my ordered arrived.
I saw the skirt online. It was easy to order easy to figure out what size you needed and no delays in shipping.

Pretty selection and unique with reasonable price points
One of the 2 dresses I bought does not fit. Need to return 1 but Co does not provide return label for Australia customer which is a setback. Have spoken with customer service and patiently with many to and fro, we manage to solve the problem. I have some store credit returns. I don't mind that because the other dress is perfect fit so hopefully my future experience will be good.
This order took quite a long time to arrive, which may have been due to the Christmas season, with more mail being delivered. I placed the order on 12/05/24.
The website is beautiful and easy to use. I am happy with this company, the products and the prices are reasonable.
