Would never purchase from again. Misleading info on website about returns. Misleading confusing answers to my inquiries. They wanted me to keep the dress instead of returning it and accept a 50% refund. It cost me a fortune to ship back after getting the run around trying to obtain a return code. They did not refund my full refund nor did they reimburse me for a portion of the return cost as advertised. This is a BAD company to deal with. Buyer beware!
Easy and I loved what I got. I've gotten a lot of compliments on the sweater and it's very comfortable and true to size.

I complained about no communication regarding order. The product is nice, but definitely gauge how long it takes to receive your when placing order.
The sizing of every item I ordered was way too small and when you tried to ask for a refund, they want to offer you half to 1/4 of your money back.

I ordered 3 items with this order. With the amount of money spent, I should have had free shipping but the site didn't offer free shipping. Once I complained, the shipping was refunded.
Secondly, only 2 of the 3 items arrived with no explanation, no big deal. I waited for about 9-10 days and
Then I inquired. The response was that the item was out of stock and was on back order for who knows how long. I feel that I should have been notified immediately that the item was not available
It's always nice to shop here for some seasonal staples. There are always great deals and a good variety of pieces to keep you coming back for more. There's a great mix of statement and basic pieces, so you can't really go wrong.
