Very well made. Beautiful! However the packing was very poorly done. The wrinkles were difficult to get out. Be more careful in packaging items.

Better then expected, nice weight and drapes beautifully.

A nightmare because I am trying to simply return a few items from my order and it's nearly impossible! I have been told to just go and return them on my own and send an email with the items I am returning and they will speed up the process. I understand this stuff comes from china and takes longer than normal but not being able to return it a day after it arrives easily is ridiculous.

Positive shopping experience and love the clothes.

First trying to get to the bottom of the screen for the contact button is nearly impossible. The site just continues to load and load and load more items for purchase. Then the shipping with PiggyShip was THE worst. I had never heard of them so I looked them up and they have an F rating for customer service. The package was not on time, they said it was delivered and it wasn't, they said it was out for delivery and it wasn't, ChicWish staff were not able to help and gave me differing answers. The staff said it was delivered - to check the bushes! Then they said it was not delivered. It was a MESS. The email today asking for my opinion - the items are in German! I am American in the US. I will never order from you again! The clothes are cute but the aggravation is not worth it.

I love the quality of the clothes. Definitely I will by more clothes at the website

Great customer service. You'll love this sweater. My items shipped quickly. The reviews on Facebook were incorrect.

I didn't have any major issues. I ordered the dress and it arrived on time.

Delivery is so slow, when items received not in its best returning items cost so much so instead of returning will just keep it, but good thing they will give token to keep it up…so i used the coupon that they gave me to order another items and it takes more than a week and no updates on shipment or anything. Just dissappointed.

Beautiful pieces, but they do not work for me. I need to issue a return and am having trouble doingit.

Having to wait for a separate email to return an item means greater likelihood that I'll miss the return window. Something better suited for customer ease would encourage me to buy from the company again - right now, the return policy/procedure benefits the company more than the customer.

Fine and clothes fit well at this point! I would order again!

I was prepared to have a backup outfit, knowing that this was coming from overseas, so I was pleasantly surprised to receive this in only 7 days.

Everything is great, except the long delivery, but your response was really fast when I was worried with process time of the order.

For my height 152 it is long and so puffy. The quality is good the color is so beautiful. I will keep it and will wear it
