Fit was true to description and quality was a little less than I expected for price. Can't find similar top at other stores so style was semi-unique. Shipping took much longer than anticipated.
Ordered well in advance of a Christmas party. Apparently there was 'a material shortage' and the item didn't ship out in time. Perhaps list items out of stock instead of overselling and disappointing people. I had to scramble for another outfit.
I placed the order and forgot to use my discount code! I emailed an SOS and received a favorable response in a timely manner. Thank you! I do wish I had gotten my order a little sooner- the fall sweater will have to wait until next year to be worn.

While I like Almost all the products I
received, the shipping and support was terrible. It took over a month to arrive, which was way beyond the estimate I got, and the shipping updates didn't match when I received My items. I contacted Customer service and was told my items were out of stock so hadn't shipped. None of them were listed as out of stock when I ordered, nor was I given this update until I proactively reached out to ask. The support person basically ghosted me (this happened twice) when I tried To ask clarifying or follow-up questions. After thinking my products hadn't even shipped, they suddenly showed up on my doorstep shortly after! While this was a pleasant surprise, the tracking, accuracy, and support was awful. Any statements about support are far from the truth and totally misleading.

Took much longer for this order. My first order from same day came in a week and half. This order seemed closer to 4 weeks.
If you need for specific event/time, might not make it to you in time.
I was hesitant at first about ordering this skirt but I'm so happy I did. Looks great with bodysuit and booties or heels.

I liked my clothes I thought they were a good quality for the price. I liked the free shipping deal when I ordered my items. They arrived in a timely matter and everything looked great. A couple of items did not work out because of fit issues. I will say, I most likely will not order from here again because the return process is overly complicated and took more of my time than I'd like. I just don't have the time or patience to be reading through all the emails and web pages about how to return, what not to do, links to click on (that didn't work) and emailing with support. The support person was helpful but I don't want to have to be jumping through hoops to return two items.
Shipping took much longer than I expected, and both products. Both products I ordered needed some modifications to make them fit properly, but in the end I love both items.
1 skirt had a lining that was 2 sizes smaller then the skirt itself, so I cut it out. The other item, a top, needed a few stitches in the mesh to hold it in place (to stop if from riding up).
One item was out of stock, but you didn't say that on the website and there was no notification of this until I contacted you regarding only one item being delivered. I tried to cancel the coat, but then it was sent out and was told to wait for it. There was a massive delay to the coat arriving.
Bought 2 a line midi skirts vased on my standard size and am very satisfied, overall the skirts works quite nicely and looks very chic!
After I ordered I did not get an email confirmation so I was unsure if the order went through. It took a while to ship.
I was buying this as a gift for my adult daughter who had picked it out. She sent me the link, I ordered it and had it shipped, she got it now issues.
