I ordered the products on 11/7/24 and did not receive them until 12/6/24. The site promised 3-5 days to process the order and 7-10 days to ship. Even if you count only business days, that is 15 days and it took 21 business days to receive the order. Ow the site is saying I am beyond the return window even though I attempted to return 5 days (3 business days) after I received the items. The items arrived too late to use for the event I intended to use them.

Great item, took a little time to arrive but it's Christmas!

All products returned, not as expected. On line shopping is difficult and time consuming when products don't work out

I love tulle skirts so much and this online store is perfect. I ran into a snag with shipping when only half my order arrived. I checked its status online and contacted customer service because it was showing as shipped and I had no tracking info. CS sent me a link which didn't work, and I reached out again. Apparently they can see information that I can't based on what he was telling me to look at that wasn't there. I tried explaining that as well as the link not working or not being in the system and I Ty was like the person I was emailing with didn't read my message. I was told to wait a few days more than once with conflicting information so I didn't know what to think. I got the remainder of my order in about two weeks. All in all love the skirts! CS could possibly maybe perhaps listen to what is said and say more than wait. But that was just one guy so I'm guessing there's lots of other people who are stellar at their job.

I have been trying to return a few items and I can't get a return form because my order was not delivered for so long, continued to be listed as processing and now the system is telling me that I ordered more than 30 days ago so can't return. I can't find a way to contact customer service and my emails to the chat has not been responded too.

It took almost a month for my order to arrive. This is not ideal if you need your order asal

It was not a good experience to have low quality cloth and stitching! I must have to return it.

I ordered twice from Chicwish. The first top arrived as planned, but it was too small. Returning it was too complicated so I kept it. My second order never arrived. Initially, customer service put the burden on me to find the order and contact their shipping partner for it. After several attempts to contact the shipping partner, and several emails with Chicwish where I pointed out that it was not my problem that they chose an incompetent shipping partner, Chicwish ultimately refunded my money. The truth is, I really wanted the outfit, but they didn't give me the option of sending out another package. I love their clothes, but now I'm hesitant to order again.

Delivery time since the order was about 4 weeks but worth the wait
