I ordered a skirt SKU#: B******* size L GOLDEN BOUQUETS JACKARD A-LINE MIDI SKIRT
What I received was B*******291 just black and gold design. On the photo there was white and gold in the flower design. I tried to do a return on my computer but it is all very complicated. The skirt has not been worn and I have the original packaging I just do not know what to do to return it. I wish I got the design I originally ordered.

I absolutely adore the items I purchased here, but I found the site's performance to be a bit lacking. It takes a bit for every page element to load or for filters to activate.
Missed in quality of products and fit. Some were great others very cheap fabric and poor fit.
Shipping takes weeks, frustrating to return. Will not be ordering from here again.
Communication is not great when asking for help and also your charging me to ship the product back to you and that wasn't an easy process. Probably wouldn't recommend or shop with Chicwish

Clothes are made from cheap fabric. Sizing runs very small. You can never get through on the live chat. Returns are impossible.

I order this for a holiday party. The shipping was pretty quick and outfit was just as pictured! Great quality.
The skirt was nice but the sweater is a little too stiff. I tried to return both items but got nowhere on the system. It seems like they have purposely made it very difficult to process a return.
