Order says delivered but it never arrived. No idea where it was delivered to.
I ordered a skirt I saw advertised on Facebook. I used the size guide to determine what I needed based on my measurements, and it fits perfectly. From the time I placed my order, communication has been forthright and accurate. I knew my skirt was coming from overseas and how long to expect to wait. They did better than promised, and the skirt I got is adorable in person. I get tons of compliments. I'd definitely order from Chicwish again.
Order not delivered and is subject to an 'exception notice'. I don't know what that means or what happens next? I've been waiting since the beginning of Nov. The latest email suggests that the product has been reordered!? Maybe it'll arrive in time for next Christmas!
I first placed the order for my dress 1 month prior to my event. I assumed I would receive an email stating that the dress had been shipped within a week of placing the order. I eventually contacted ChicWish and asked what the status was. The original dress apparently had a flaw and had to be replaced from the manufacturer. I only received the dress this week (1 month after I ordered it) and it does not fit correctly. I have tried to start the return through the website but ChicWish is saying to contact them because it has been more than 25 days since I placed the original order. I am awaiting a response from your chatbot.

Orders take ages to arrive 4 weeks minimum and the quality is AWFUL BASICALLY OVERPRICED CRAP that look nothing like pic and the sizing is awful

I still have not received my order. Complained several times, and have not received any useful information, no compensation, no refund. Now I just would like my money back, probably will not order ever again.
I ordered a size medium and a size small of the same dress. I only got the medium. The small never arrived, but I paid for it.

The items that I purchased were good though.Some of them didn't fit.The return process is not smooth. I was told to return them and put the return authorization in with items. But they never issued me an RA. I immediately sent return items back with a copy of my receipt. I have not received confirmation of regarding my returned items yet.
I purchased few things for the holidays and I returned two of them the same day of the delivery, this was at the beginning of November, so far I haven't received my refund nor have received any mail acknowledging they received the return weeks ago, and I know they got the package back because on top of everything you paid for the return of the piece
