Easily shopped and found what I was looking for, and I was pleasantly surprised that there were no shipping charges. The product was back ordered which I found out when I contacted them since I couldn't find the jacket with the tracking number. The customer service was good and easy to work with. The jacket finally arrived and is beautiful, but the snap buttons are awful - they are huge and used white thread that shows on the outside of the jacket. I will cut them off and replace them with better quality. Other than that, it's well made! Looking forward to buying more here!I

Ehhhh. Ok product, but ok is as far as I can go. Im tall, and everything is made to fit a short person.
25 days after purchasing my item I tried to initiate a return. This was the last possible day because the return window is based on the order date not the delivery date. The order didn't show in my history, the chat feature would not launch, and I've had no response to my email. At this point I may request a charge back from my credit card provider.
It took 2 weeks after ordering and paying to receive the whole items (2 were missing from 1st shipment). I'm not 100% satisfied with the quality. The website is very attractive but items are a bit cheap quality and shipped directly from china

Most of my order came in good time. One skirt in my order came separately and took several weeks and had a little trouble getting delivered. But it did finally arrive and it was really lovely. It's my first time shopping with Chickwish and one never knows, especially with such reasonable prices. But I was pleasantly surprised. Everything fit as it should, was quality material, and looks as pictured so I'm quite satisfied.
I have many pieces from Chicwish. I've been highly satisfied and happy with ALL of them. The shipping does take a while as would be expected, but I always feel like I get great quality for the price I pay.
Skirt is so so beautiful! My only very small complaint is that I needed to add weight to the hem so that it would lie right. But I absolutely love the skirt.
