I ordered several items and the quality is terrible! One item looked nothing like the photo! None of them came with labels yet the return policy requires labels attached. Moreover, to return the items you have to contact customer service by email only, no phone number. Absolutely horrible business, complete SCAM!

Just received my $195 order and needless to say all of the items are crap! I wish I would have read reviews before ordering from this scam business. I have contacted Chicnico and PayPal for a refund but haven't heard back yet. No tags in the clothing indicating fabric, colors are way off and quality is beyond awful. They have pictures all over Pinterest so don't be fooled!

I didn't mind how long it took to ship from China. Said it was coming from Hong Kong where they do have hi quality clothing. Should've read other reviews. Got 2 pairs of sandals that weigh nothing, are scratched and glued together and have a bad smell. If they last more than a week I'll be surprised. If the smell wears off maybe I'll wear them. Expensive to return so they can just laugh at this stupid American. What are these anyway cardboard cutouts? Please spread the word to watch where you order to save your hard earned money. I will only shop in North America and Europe now.

Chicnico, is the most unethical company, I have ever dealt with they accept your order & payment, then the transaction is finished. For follow enquiries emails etc are ignored! Their quality of goods are rubbish, never buy from these people, I have reported them to Paypal, goods are mailed from China! Such a disappointment!

I ordered two swimsuits from chicnico almost three weeks ago and just received them I dont even need them anymore. When I opened the package, which by the way was in terrible conditions, the swimsuits werent folded. They were simply just shoved into a small Bag. The texture and color of the swimsuits I ordered were nothing like stated or seen on the chicnico website. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this websites/company.

Do not buy anything from this company! If you need to return something, it will cost you more to mail it back to China than the product is worth and you won't ever get your refund. That's what happened to me, so I'm out the cost of the product plus the cost to ship it back. It was an expensive lesson for me!

This place is a total scam. The clothes come from China they smell bad and are very poorly made. They look nothing like the pictures and they have no tags on them. It will cost you more money to send them all the way back to China, and good luck trying to get in touch with this company they will not return any emails and they dont have a number. They should be banned from selling in the US!

Everything comes too slow and way too small. Completely stupid sizes made for small children. Try to click on the website and their page is no longer available. Says to contact us... but that is unavailable too. Total scam obviously. Buyer beware!

The clothes on the web site look great. I may never know... Ordered on 9/23 and as of 10/12 tracking says it still in process in China. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money and they said it had shipped, which clearly it hasn't. Returns have to go to China, so I'm guessing the return process will be equally painful. Should have done more research before ordering :( as it seems problems abound.

I wish I saw reviews before I place this order. I place this order on April 2nd and now its April 19th and i'm still waiting on my order... There website says 8-9 business days, so misleading. Tried to reach them, but they don't have a phone, i did receive a standard email the same one that was at one of the comments above. Hope to get it before my vacation, if not i will cancel the order through my credit card. Would not recommend.

The sweater I ordered was ugly and could just fit an elephant. So I tried to get a refund. Almost impossible to meet their requirements for returning goods and get a refund. The address/postal code in China didn't match, so sending the parcel back didn't work out. Tried to contact them, but no help at all. Finally after several attempts I just tossed it in the garbage bin. Never again. Keep away from this firm. No good at all!

The order came in parts, which is fine. They came faster than expected.
Very pleased with order. I should have ordered one size larger, thank God I have 6 girls because what didn't fit, my girls got.

The clothes are cute until they arrive and then you realize it's cheap polyester junk. Forget about returning anything as they never get back to you no matter how many times you call or email. There are no sizes or tags on the garments so you don't even know what you are wearing. I wish I would've found this site and read reviews before I spent $100 on garbage. Buyer beware!

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering my swimsuit online. The top was so ill fitting and poorly made that I didn't even bother with trying the bottoms on. There is no way this suit would fit many people; it rides up in the front and the back is loose and no way to tighten it. I have tried to reach customer service and have not gotten a response. PLEASE do not order from them, the stuff looks cute online but it doesn't come close to what the pictures portray

It took over three weeks for my item to be delivered. It was impossible to track. The oversized sweater I ordered was way to short, the pockets were right under my chest. Awful. Have tried to figure out how to get my money back and the instructions on how to return something are soooooo confusing. It's obvious they want to make it hard so you will give up. Lesson learned. I am going to turn them in to the BBB and Pinterest where I saw the sweater.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago, paid in full. Said shipping details to be emailed, nothing has been emailed. I emailed the company to check on expected delivery date, haven't heard back. I thought the company was based in the US, but I didn't do my homework. I am very disappointed that I wasted $75 US and am now expecting to get nothing.

*An Update: I finally received my order from Chicnico. I am disappointed, it's not exactly what I ordered, and I won't wear it. Lesson learned.

I ordered a sweater from this company. According to their sizing chart, I ordered a size above. Received it after a month, too small and won't bother to return. Customer service is ridiculous

The sweater was advertised to be long and the pockets to be by the hips... wrong; the pockets are at my chest and the sweater is so short my grand daughter could wear it. Getting a hold of somebody is a nightmare... they say chat by there is no chat button and so on. I have to eat the money i spent i think i will contact the BBB tomorrow.
What a scam... do not purchase anything form them... should not even get a star

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. It took over a month to receive my order. The quality of the garment are deplorable. Not at all as pictured. There are no content labels on the garments and they have a toxic chemical smell. I e-mailed them to get a return authorization. It's been 2 weeks and I've received no response. I am doubtful I will get my money back. Save yourself the heartache. Do not order from this company!

I ordered a $35 dollar sweater-shawl and it didn't fit right. All I did was try it on-it has all the tags-never worn and this company expected me to take pictures of myself in the sweater so they could decide if they'd give me back my money. Don't make the same mistake I did. They have not returned my emails and I don't have an address to send the package back. I'm out $35 dollars and they don't care. Total scam company.

Been dealing with this company for 6 weeks now, not only have I not received any goods, I've had 2 email responses to my 14 emails sent. Like many others, I wish I did my due diligence and read reviews before placing an order. This company is a complete scam! AVOID if you can!

Terrible company. Sent three emails to return a sweater and no answer. Their clothes do not even resemble the pictures shown, are of poor quality, and you won't let me return something. Blacklist this company!

Bought 3 items - all horrible quality and fit terribly. Went to return / exchange 1 of them. The return or exchange process is to contact cs via email. The Emails come back as "undeliverable!" Another option is to "chat" but there's no chat button anywhere. It's an absolute scam.
