This site is as fake as the models that wear them! I ordered a dress for a Christmas function and paid 20 $ for priority mailing! Never received a email response and when try and find a phone number i need to download an app! I don't have any more space in my phone for this and shouldn't have to do this extra step! My order was received in part, but I never received everything I ordered. I wanted to exchange a few items and received automatic responses but never was able to get an answer from a customer service agent. Their sizes are off, and their service is terrible.

I ordered 2 dresses from Chicn ME in the beginning of October 2018, and definitely It was my first and last experience with that company!
The first dress I received in the end of November and it was very chip quality, not as in picture, I wouldnt buy it in a store for sure! I was very disappointed...
But the 2 dress I didnt receive even for 3.5 months waiting and even now in December! Company doesn't want to return money back as asked me "wait patiently". I planed to wear dress on Christmas party but I still dont have it, and frankly speaking, Im not sure how it will look like, after seeing terrible quality of the first one...
Dont recommend trust their pictures and deal with this company at all! Save your time and energy!

Chic me is the worst online shopping company ever. My shipment didnt arrive since 3 months, and they refused to make 100 refund. They asked us to file a complaint on a local post office. Although it's not my responsibility, but when we tried, we couldnt do that.
They have the worst support. Whatsapp team provide different and inconsistent messeges than email service.
I don't recommend anyone to deal or buy from them

I followed the sizing chart and when goods arrived they were 10 sizes too small, couldn't even get half my arm into a sleeve. Its a farce, return shipping costs too much so i wasted $60. Will turn 2 dresses into 1 skirt myself. Will never use them again.

Not happy that the dress took so long to come, so arrived after the time it was needed. It is also a really bad fit. Asked to return it cost $10 to return or they will refund me 20% and I dont have to return.
So I pay £45 and they will give me £9 awful and not good customer service

I ordered a dress with 3 weeks to go until I needed it. I paid extra for my delivery to make sure it came on time as I appreciate that Chic me is a company abroad from where I am. After 8 days when it still said "processing" I sent them a message. Not only did it take them 2 days to reply to me but they were also the most unhelpful people I have ever spoken to. They offered me a discount code and said it would be shipped within 3-7 working days, considering I had 5 days until I needed the dress I voiced my concerns and was told the item I wanted was now out of stock as it is "popular". I was told I could pick a new dress but surely if I wanted a different dress I would have ordered a different one in the first place! I explained this and they said "can you wait for somedays?" Uhhh no; I need it by the end of the week. I have cancelled my order but wouldn't be surprised if they are difficult about refunding me. Absolutely unimpressed and will definitely not be going back.

CHIC ME is the same company as CHIC DB. READ THE FINE PRINT for returning merchandise. The seller is non-responsive in returning the merchandise and you cannot return where you received the items as they state they will not give you a refund. BEWARE BUYERS. The merchandise quality IS AS CHEAP AS THE PRICE.

I ordered a dress which I got almost a month later, wrong color, I tried to contact customer service and is just a nightmare they tried to blame it on me and because of that I had to pay for shipping m, not just that but they suggested to re-sale it to friends so I didn't have to pay for shipping and just buy another one from them! Ordered a dress beginning of November. Checked the progress of my order and nearly 3 weeks in, it was still 'processing 'I never received my dress. Dreadful customer service, they never get back to you.

I went hrough PayPal to get my refund. Don't let the nice clothes fool you, it probably doesn't look the same anyway. I think ChicMe copy dresses and never get the visiting right.

I order item from them the shipping information stopped in Hong Kong (being shipped to new zealand) it has sat in hong Kong for the past 10 days. The dress was for my father's wedding but it won't be here in time. I have tried to contact them several times and only recieved automated responses. I ordered two outfits from this site one I paid for faster delivery it said (3-5 days) the item did not arrive on time and the outfit I ordered not for faster delivery arrived before the item I paid for faster delivery.
The website help does not help the told me 5-7 working days even thou I had paid for 3-5 days.
I am trying to get refund but they don't seem to give an address to send back too.
Both outfits were of poor material nothing like the photo or description.
I advise anybody to not use or order from this site!

Item took ages to come. The quality was very poor. The sizes quoted on their website were way out. I ordered a M/L which it says is 16/18. I am a size 14 and couldn't even get it on! Tried to return, but they would't pay shipping, which would have been £10 so not worth it. Their best offer was 30% but when the refund came through it was only 20%! Will be arguing that one!

The quality wasnt the beat but for one party dress was great looked same as in picture so thats a plus
I received a top that took 12 days to come when stated it would only take 3-5 working days. The quality of the top was terrible and it looked nothing like the picture on the website. I would never order from them again!

I Ordered nine dresses. It took three weeks to reach me. I can only wear three of them. They are not true to size because I wear medium and ordered large and some small, tight and short. Looks different from what is posted on the sight. I read a lot of your reviews and believe they were not true but in fact they are so right.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
