All the items i bought were way too big for the size smalls i ordered. Ive been trying for weeks to get a return address. I emailed and sent sku numbers and stopped getting any type of response regarding my return, that is required within 30 days. Seems like a scam. The sizes were like maternity sizes. Im typically a size medium, but i bought smalls and they were way too big from the merchant No one i know wants them nor can fit them. All i ask for is a return address and i get nothing. I need help from what seems to be a scam.

I ordered and paid for two face masks and only one was delivered. The mask is the flimsiest material, tiny, cheap and nasty. No filter no layers absolutely ripped off.
Purchased 4 items on July 28th with expedited shipping of 8-10 days. Needed the items by August 12th. They did not arrive until Aug 19th. If you have a deadline you need items by do not use this site. Customer service was not willing to refund the full amount. They basically stated it was not their fault that the items did not arrive in the 8-10 days. Three of the items were not shipped out for 7 days from date the order was place and the fourth item was shipped at 10 days. How is this expedited shipping! Stay away!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
