I ordered 2 items. The first item in the order to arrive was a white lace bra set. This was of shockingly bad quality & the workmanship appalling, I didn't dare try it on for fear of it falling to pieces!
The second item was of much better quality & which I kept.
Delivery times are quite slow but as it comes from China this is to be expected!
So far my complaints have been dealt with swiftly but I am yet to receive my refund for the first item - time will tell on this one!

The cheap top with terrible material that isn't fit to touch anyone's skin has a hole in it when I took it out of packaging. JUST ORDER FROM REPEATABLE SITES.

Easy, I read items run big on some reviews so I went with small for all of my items. They are very fitting, medium probably would have fit more comfortably. One outfit I gave to my daughter. I'm 5'2 and weigh 132lbs. I'm between a 2 and 4 which makes it difficult most ranges are from 0-2 and 4-6. So when I order the 4-6 items tend to be a bit too big on me. I either need to gain more weight or lose a little lol overall I really like the print, colors, material.
Although it took 5 weeks to receive my package I have to say I'm very happy with the tops I received. They are beautiful and fit well. Much better then I was expecting!
I had washed and air dried them and the lettering on the shirt had gotten stuck together, and when I tried to un scrunch it, they peeled off. Definitely not worth the price I payed.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
