I order a couple of items from chicme I could not be more disappointed it took a month-and-a-half to arrive in different packages the clothes were a joke. Everything look really cheap like a costume, they smelled bad, poorly made. I literally threw my money away. Also when I try to review a one star, my reviews were filtered out which is why other items show only 5 stars because either they're fake reviews or they filter out any reviews that don't have 5 stars. Do not buy from this website! I wish I never had.
My wife ordered some clothes from Chicme in november it's now nearing the end of december. She emailed them, no response. After researching a little, seems like we are not the only ones who got scammed for their money. Don't waste your time on Chicme.
I ordered from Chic Me on Amazon Canada. They are made in china which i did not know. It was a black womans top took forever to come only to receive it and the material was so cheap. It does not tell you it is made in China if so I would never have ordered it. They refuse to give me a refund and only offered to give me 30% off to keep it. They told me to give it to someone else. Are they serious, I told them that I will use it as a rag to clean my house. Do not order from them.

I am beyond shocked! First of all its been over a month! I ordered about 14 items since the price was so good (I am kicking myself royaly) so far 3 items have arrived... when i opened the package I didnt know if I should laugh or cry! The clothes are a cheap disgusting horrible imitation of the pictures. OMFG! Its a nightmare. The rest of my stuff is on its way but I am dreading it. I wish I hadn't ordered from this stupid site but it was all over facebook and instagram so I trusted it... stupid me!

Some suppliers are really bad, they send us high quality samples but when we order more, they will adulterate some defective items. We already start to manage our suppliers more strictly. I bought a blue jean all in one. I just got it two days ago it has a very bad smell to it and the sleeves on it don't come all the way down to my arm it's stops half way. And the bottom of the jumper is made like a pair of blue jeans instead of like joggers just to make a long story short this web site is bull$#*! they send you $#*! that don't even look like what you see so in the near future I will never buy any thing from them I wouldn't care how cute or pretty it is.

They say they won't charge you until they send you your order but that's a lie. They charged me the next day and never sent me anything. When I emailed about my order, 8 days later, they said it was backordered but now they could send it but it would take 20 business days not including weekends! I canceled my order and luckily I got my money back most of it minus some fees. Not sure what the fees are for since they weren't supposed to charge me in the first place and they never sent me anything! Lesson learned. Oh and their customer service sucks
Sizes are too small and the shipping is very slow if you get it at all... just like Sammydress this company is a BIG FAIL don't use a credit card use paypal so you can file a dispute if you take a chance and buy from them

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
