I ordered 3 items about a month ago from ChicMe I just received 2 of the items. I emailed ChicMe asking if they shipped my third item in a different package (they have yet to repond this question) if they did ship it in a different package I ask if i could have the tracking number because I have no received it. They tell me that USPS lost my package! But they are not giving me the tracking number for this second shipment. I am asumming they send it in different packages because I did not get one of the outfits with the other 2 items. They are not helping at all. I will never buy anything from this place! I paid for all 3 items and seems like they just shipped me 2! Not recommended.

Have emailed this company multiple times on taking my email address off their advertising/mailing list since they don't have unsubscribe option and received 1 response out of 8 emails sent stating they would remove my email address and yet I'm still receiving them- THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING AND ANNOYING THAT THEY CANT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH A SIMPLE REQUEST!
I figured this was a scam company at first but after reading some reviews I decided to give it a shot. My mistake.
Do NOT buy from this company. The clothes look nothing like the pictures and they smell... Bad. I can't really describe it. Like a sad factory. When I tried to issue a return (difficult when you don't get a confirmation email or any receipt of any kind) they suggested I mail the items back to them... Without issuing me a reference number to include so that I could get my refund. So basically saying "mail us your item and we'll have no way of refunding you."
Overpriced, sketchy, dishonest. Stay away!

The quality is cheap and sizing is way off. Tools them i did not give them permission to save my credit card info and they told me how to delete it... so I did. The next day the credit card info was back on file there!

This was, by far, a HORRIBLE first time experience! I have been eyeing this rhinestone lingerie set for MONTHS, thanks to their ads on Facebook. I finally go to order it, it gets here SUPER early (as in it didn't even get past processing on the website!), and I went through the process of attaching the rhinestones. Finally go to try it on... doesnt fit. Looked at the packaging and it says small. So I messaged them. After a LOOONG back and forth because they couldn't even FIND where they'd sent me the order, they finally told me that the garment was in fact a large as I ordered. Which I KNOW is BS. Needless to say, I won't ever order from this company again. As polite as their chat staff is, their business is completely unprofessional. I'll be ordering this from a different vendor.

Bought 2 masks, expensive. Only received one. They claim they sent the second one. All sorts of made up excuses. First it was just late, then it was already delivered, then it was signed for. In our mailbox system you aren't allowed in the mailbox building so you cant "sign" for anything. I think this company is another china scam. Also, it took 6 weeks for delivery of the one mask. They kept my money, of course, and the shipping cost was higher than the product cost.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
