When my mom lost her dog she had to call and cancel her auto-ship order. She was a little emotional on the phone. They helped her out. A few days later a ring at the door was a delivery of flowers for her from Chewy.com to cheer her up. WHO DOES THAT?!?!? WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL COMPANY!

All of these prices on this site are the same price as when you go into the store. Why offer in the commercial that the prices are 20% when I can go to petsmart or petco and pay the same price there without shipping and handling. Don't advertise on TV discounts that don't exist.

The shipment came in only 3 days and when I had to cancel one of my orders not only did they do it without any issue, but they emailed me personally making sure everything was all set. The product was very well packaged and the design and the quality is tops. My cats are very pleased with it (they love it) and it took me only 30 minutes to put it together with very easy to follow instructions. A company that serves its customers the way they do, can count on the loyalty and favor of those who order from them... Excellent!
Chewy has so far had everything I could need for my puppy, and I am very selective on what I let her eat and chew. They also have an amazing selection of collars and harnesses (in a variety of sizes).
I bought some harnesses of the wrong size and they immediately shipped me the right size and said that I could donate the wrong sized ones instead of shipping them back! It was so cool!

I ordered a outdoor cat house thinking it was the heated cat house instead I accidentally ordered the unheated since they look the same. A few seconds after my order I looked for an email to call or contact so my order can be cancelled. I called them and with just a few rings a lady answered and fixed my order no problem. By the way, it's 1 in the morning where I'm at so I was surprised I even got an answer. Thank you chewy.com!
To say their shipping was fast is an understatement. I placed my order at 5:15 on Friday (Veterans Day, no less). When I opened my front door at 9:00 on Saturday morning, the box from Chewy's was sitting there. I was stunned. This was my third order from them, and it will not be my last. Answer: If you are having trouble returning an item, call Customer Service and ask them to assist you. My understanding for returns is any item can be returned, even if it has been used you may return it within 1 year of original purchase. Their Custom Service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. So, if you work odd hours you don't to wait until Customer Service is available.

Then you scream at the reps you speak to due to your own stupidity levels in NOT READING A COMPANIES POLICIES. FYI it is a CONSUMERS RESPONSIBILITY to read those policies as the company already knows their own policies. FYI shipping from the USA to Canada cost customs fees and taxes which are NOT refundable and if you chose to return an item you will will incur these fees again and YOU are responsible for paying for them not the company you do business with. International shipping also requires proper documentation to get packages through customs. Not every USA company has the man power to deal with this enormous amount of work nor do they wish to deal with the headaches involved with shipping outside of the USA. How so many of you Canadians do not know this information is mind boggling.
