I now buy all my pet food from Chewy.com. Their prices are better than what I can get in the big stores, delivery is to my door, the packaging is great, and the food has always been fresh. As a bonus, I also get nice storage boxes!

I placed an order last Sunday now it's Saturday. I was told all week that my package would be delivered by the end of the business day, meaning today. I last checked at 4:30pm and it still said by end of the day. And now at 7:00 I check the tracking of my package and there is date unknown for my delivery. I have been waiting all day so my package would be safe in my hand and now I call customer services and they say maybe Tuesday. In the past I did all my shopping with chewy. Now I will probably think twice and go to petco or pet value. My 3poor husky dogs have been stuck at home when we could of been at the park all day.
I had purchased an item to keep my cat inside and allow my 3 dogs outside when they needed, it was not going to work. We received it, read it, did not open it, wanted to send it back, they said donate it! These r animal lovers like us. I love them and will not order from anyone else. My goodness. I have never had someone answer the phone right away. I also have not had a company say donate it... Exceptional! I am in awe! We r a pet family and will recommend to our 20 pet extended family.
I had been looking for a cat tree and was very skeptical because the one I bought was so much less than elsewhere. Took me a little while to assemble it, but once done it is sturdy and great for the three cats I have, one being a little heavy. I was very happy as were my cats. Would order from Chewy anytime!
I recently lost my cat to a losing diabetic battle and a kidney infection. He was on autoship for a prescription diet. When I told them he was gone and to cancel the autoshipments, they were SO caring and helped me mourn and gave words of encouragement. They also sent me flowers in memory of my cat. You Definitely have to be satisfied with their product if not they will try to find something to fit your pets need, and if something needs to be sent back to chewy NO WAY they will usually tell you to donate the whatever it is to a shelter The only company I know that great these day!

I accidentally ordered a small kong ball for my pitbull puppy. I called to see if i could exchange it out for a bigger size and if there was a shipping return label or something i could print out.
1. when i called, i never spoke to a computer, the phone rang maybe twice before a very nice girl picked up.
2. she refunded me the price for the kong ball, and ordered me the other bigger size that i wanted for me over the phone.
3. when i asked her about how to send back the small kong ball she simply told me to donate it to a local shelter, or give it to someone that might need it.
And for the very reason, Chewy.com is the best site.
To just simply ask to donate the unwanted, accidental item instead of going through the hassle of returning it. To just give it to someone in need. And the most adorable thing is that, just like the commercials, when the chewy box arrives my dog knows- even when he sees it outside the door and theres no food in it. He knows the box. My understanding for returns is any item can be returned, even if it has been used you may return it within 1 year of original purchase. Their Custom Service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. So, if you work odd hours you don't to wait until Customer Service is available.

FYI it is a CONSUMERS RESPONSIBILITY to read those policies as the company already knows their own policies. FYI shipping from the USA to Canada cost customs fees and taxes which are NOT refundable and if you chose to return an item you will will incur these fees again and YOU are responsible for paying for them not the company you do business with. International shipping also requires proper documentation to get packages through customs. Not every USA company has the man power to deal with this enormous amount of work nor do they wish to deal with the headaches involved with shipping outside of the USA. How so many of you Canadians do not know this information is mind boggling.
