Have been using chewy for our dog treats for awhile now for the convenience, price, and selection. Recently we decided to look into getting our dog food online and found out it would be more expensive on Chewy than the local store. I noticed that the recent complaints about pricing have started after the brick and mortar chain Pet Smart took over. I am now going to check out the price I am paying for the treats and it that is not competitive, then so long Chewy. Sure the great customer service and convenience is still there. But that is not enough to make me want to pay more and not support the local retailer.
An incorrect cat toy was received. I contacted Chewy and had a customer service rep nicely acknowledge and send me the correct one that was initially ordered. Received next day and just to realize it is the incorrect one I originally received incorrectly. Sometimes when companies get larger, the once was good customer service is compromised. Will no longer be a customer as some of my rescue friends have also come to the same opinion.
We had ordered 2 cases of urinary canned dog food for our precious dog Hollie. However, we are sad to report that Hollie passed away on 10/05/17. I contacted Chewy about returning the 1 unused case of dog food. They were awesome they gave us a credit for the unused cans and told us to donate the food to a shelter or
ASPCA.

I have been getting the monthly services for almost a year each month was around 280.00 per month the last two I have been called on Sunday morning earlier to give me excuses so I stoped the services and found the same at another co Jeffers has the same and saved a lot of money. I have very unpleasant experience with Petco when I have not received my order after 6 working days and I had to select another shop for buying food for my cats. I placed an order in Chewy at evening on Friday. The next day my order was shipped. I received my order on Tuesday. Very good services and fast shipping!

I have NEVER EVER had such great customer service in my life. And I work in the customer service business in a hotel in Las Vegas. Great prices. Easy for me and my 80 year OLD MOTHER, my daughter and my 2 month old grandson to shop. We don't have to go anywhere. They auto shipped me a order on accident and I got a full refund AND got to keep the product. Always get a customer service agent when you call. No recording asking you to wait to talk to someone. I just can not go on enough about Chewy. And I have a lot of furbabies to take care of.
Weve been ordering from Chewy since we got our dog 4+ years ago. Their subscription plan is great free shipping and we never have to run out to the store because we ran out of dog food. Its easy to use and you can edit your items and delivery dates as needed. They have a big selection and good variety of toys and other supplies like bowls, dog shampoo, beds, etc. Weve only had to contact customer service once to return an item and they made it very easy.

My understanding for returns is any item can be returned, even if it has been used you may return it within 1 year of original purchase. Their Custom Service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. So, if you work odd hours you don't to wait until Customer Service is available.

Then you scream at the reps you speak to due to your own stupidity levels in NOT READING A COMPANIES POLICIES. FYI it is a CONSUMERS RESPONSIBILITY to read those policies as the company already knows their own policies. FYI shipping from the USA to Canada cost customs fees and taxes which are NOT refundable and if you chose to return an item you will will incur these fees again and YOU are responsible for paying for them not the company you do business with. International shipping also requires proper documentation to get packages through customs. Not every USA company has the man power to deal with this enormous amount of work nor do they wish to deal with the headaches involved with shipping outside of the USA. How so many of you Canadians do not know this information is mind boggling.
