In the past was impressed with Chewy. Always got the 1 -2 day shipping and most times 1 day. Last order that did not happen. Ordered Friday and did not get till Wednesday. Chewy shipping status was inconsistent with that provided by Fed Ex. Chewy said shipped Friday and Fed Ex did not even receive info till Monday. Delivery by Fed Ex said Tuesday and then changed to Wednesday. Possibly will order from then again but not when depending on the quick delivery. Other companies had same price for items but chose Chewy based on their promised 1-2 day delivery. I won't trust them again with delivery commitment that they provide. It is listed on their website and is basically a false promise. Extremely disappointed with this last delivery.
But the vast dog selection that Chewy offers is unprecedented so I've been using them pretty loyally over the past year. Add in super quick shipping, easy returns, and great prices and they have a customer for life.
I have order some product from them, but its need to changed, So i contact the customer service, the representative are there so friendly and help full.

We spend about $400 a month on cat food, which is less than we were paying at the big box stores. And chewy delivers this food with free shipping. Our cats love the big sturdy boxes. We make them into tunnels and sleeping boxes. None of the cans ever arrive dented, unlike pet smart. Their boxes were so flimsy there'd be cans rolling all over the UPS van, and dented so bad we had to throw them out. The UPS driver always apologized, but it wasn't his fault. It was clearly the fault of pet smart (they blamed a "third party supplier"). We now order everything from chewy.

The food comes monthly. Always right on schedule. They said me a heads up before it ships so that I can modify the date or quantity if I'd like. Its a great service.

First off their prices are better. Second their shipping is super fast. Third they actually care about the pets they deal with. Our puppy would not eat the food we purchased. Not only did they refund us for what we bought. They had us donate the rest to a shelter. Not only did they help my puppy and myself, they helped a dog in need!
FedEx delivered the package to the wrong house and I emailed Chewy.com to let them know, in less than an hour they had already set up another shipment to replace the order. Their prices are great, they ship everything quickly and are very friendly.

My first experience with this company was not good. They sent me an advertising mailer stating a $15.00 discount on my first order. When I used the promo code it did not work and when I called the customer service department they said my dog food brand was not eligible for the discount. I don't see anywhere on this mailer that only select brands qualify and hence is kind of deceptive advertising in my opinion.

I used to Love chewy and would recommend it to anyone but after having issues with autoship payments and being out of the food I need, I am done. They act like they try to contact you in regards to orders with cute little words likewe tried to bark and purr at You but no one ever tried to contact me or explain why my order was cancelled. Ive tried to voice my complaints in hopes to resolve the issue, but they glaze over my opinions and talk about how there was a confusion. They refuse to take responsibility and I am done.
I ordered several boxes of cat litter from Chewys. My order was received in damaged shipping boxes. Upon opening shipping box and in observation there was no packing material - not one stitch. They just put the litter boxes straight in a shipping box, sealed the shipping box. Of course several of the boxes of litter were broken and litter was all over. I shall NEVER order litter from them again.
I strayed from Chewy.com and ordered from a different company ( Coupaw.com) and there return policy is HORRIBLE and the shipping took a lot longer than I am usually used to. I bought a dog pool and wanted to return it but it said in the fine print that ALL SALES ARE FINAL and couldn't return it...
I will never stray from Chewy.com with such a great team of compassionate people, I received a post card from them just asking if Brumhilda is enjoying her food. I had another co-worker who wanted to return the dog food she had gotten on her auto ship but her sweet dog passed away and they not only accepted the food back but sent her flowers for her loss. I have only had positive experiences with this site. If i order something and it was wrong or damaged they are quick to fix the problem! Everything i have ordered has been as described. I have not dealt much with them since the buy out (just one purchase) but so far it still has gone well.

The package was clearly damaged so I'm sure it must have fallen out during transit, but Chewy sent out the replacement quickly and I couldn't be happier. I work very long hours, making it difficult for me to get to local pet stores before they close so I thought the 1-2 day shipping advertised on their website was great. As most things that seem too good to be true, it was just that. I placed my order later in the day, so I understand that it likely wouldn't be shipped until the following day. However, when I finally got my order shipped email it said I wouldn't be receiving my order for another week. I called in to customer service to find out why, the rep seemed like she couldn't be bothered and would only tell me that they didn't ship on certain days. I certainly won't be ordering from them again and will be sticking to Amazon from now on.

My understanding for returns is any item can be returned, even if it has been used you may return it within 1 year of original purchase. Their Custom Service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. So, if you work odd hours you don't to wait until Customer Service is available.

Answer: Ever thought of reading the FAQ posted on EVERY SINGLE COMPANIES WEBSITE to answer your own questions? Companies post these FAQ's for a reason. Too bad people are too lazy to read them. Then you scream at the reps you speak to due to your own stupidity levels in NOT READING A COMPANIES POLICIES. FYI it is a CONSUMERS RESPONSIBILITY to read those policies as the company already knows their own policies. FYI shipping from the USA to Canada cost customs fees and taxes which are NOT refundable and if you chose to return an item you will will incur these fees again and YOU are responsible for paying for them not the company you do business with. International shipping also requires proper documentation to get packages through customs. Not every USA company has the man power to deal with this enormous amount of work nor do they wish to deal with the headaches involved with shipping outside of the USA. How so many of you Canadians do not know this information is mind boggling.
