The rep did not give me a discount I always get a discount every time I purchase with CheapOair, and he did not connect me to a manager when he said he would, I have been a loyal CheapOair Customer… he just hanged up on me.

The prices were right, Enjoyed the flight and everything else.
The airlines determine the rules of the ticket and if they allow name corrections or not. Unfortunately for many years they no longer allow changes to the names even a correction. If we could make the correction we would but as a travel agency we are mandated by the fare rules.
No points redemption option on checkout page and also so many different packages before displaying confirmation page is very confusing and scary. One never knows if the ticket has been booked or not and I keep hitting skip skip
