User friendly. Though add on items keep on prompting, there's a chance that I might click it and it will add to my bill, but still ok just be careful on selecting items to avoid unplanned charges.
After booking, I noticed a letter in the name was off due to auto correct but was charged to fix 1 letter. And it took 3 hrs to get fix and still waiting for it to be processed.
Very sorry for the inconvenience, once tickets are issued any correction incurs a change fee.
