I booked a flight through cheapoair along with baggage. This flight was canceled because of a mid-west wide snow storm and the airports were shut down. The airline refunded me for my ticket price. Cheapoair told me when I called to get the flight refunded that my baggage charge would not be charged. I got a notification a few days later saying my credit card was charged for the baggage. I called to get this refunded and was told it would take a few days. I have now called 7 times and filed a support ticket and I get the same run around answer every time. I have asked for something in writing that I will receive my refund, and have escalated this product each of the subsequent times I have called. I get a new answer every time I call and it has been over a month and I still do not have my money, an answer to what is happening, or any hope that I will have this issue solved. I have to do all of the leg work, as no one has reached out to me as promised. If I could warn everyone I ever meet about the horrid nature of the company, I would. The price is NOT WORTH the hassle if something goes wrong.
In a word HORRIBLE! Do NOT use Cheap-O. Do not use their agent EasiRent Car Rental! Had reservation and confirmation number. Get to reservation desk at 8:30 pm and NOOOO cars. I could get another one for DOUBLE the price. Bait-and-Switch. Walked 3 blocks carrying luggage (and wife) to Budget to get a car. Now Cheap-O has charged me for NO car and is fighting me. Crap move Cheap-O.
I spent over 8 hours on the phone trying to solve a issue that should have took 15 minutes. I needed to change a name on my ticket. They we're trying to tell me sorry we can't you will have to buy another $450 for the ticket. Very uncalled for. I will never use Cheapoair again. I will also inform everyone I know, not to use their service either. Very unprofessional, lack of knowledge, and unfriendly. Worst experience with service in my life. I booked the service for my family believing I was making a good choice. Was I ever wrong. I will never make that mistake again, I promise.

This airline is jacked up don't waiste your money I waisted mine on a ticket to ATL from Philadelphia the ticket clearly stated that the departure time was 12:30pm but the plain left earlier than that I called several times to get a refund my husband missed a very important businous trip that could have changed our lives and because the timing was wrong it couldn't happen for us we have a one year old trying to build our lives together but companies like this jack everything up for hardworking good people like us when I called they hanging up on me SECERAL TIMES! And then when I did get someone all they did was lie and said I could get a refund or it's in process and then once they transferred me finally the $#*! told me I couldn't get a refund what type of $#*! is that what type company takes money waisted people time and lies to their customers! The website has a date picker that you better pay attention to, because it shows 2 months. If you are not careful, you may pick the wrong month for your trip. For example you want to leave April 20 and come back April 27. You select the date picker date from the left for April 20, then select the return date, and they have a bunch of greyed out dates on the left. The right is all open, so you automatically assume left is your first date right is your second date, not that they have April and May in the same popup, so if you are not paying close attention you can pick May 27 as your return date. The auto check boxes for you on the bottom left, so you should pay attention to that. But, this is just the bad design of their website. I called to get a refund and a new ticket. The would not refund the ticket and kept giving me quotes for much higher prices than what I was finding on their web site. They have a popup that says call for cheaper prices, and when you do, they will give you much higher prices. I told the lady what she is doing is unethical, knowingly giving me quotes for 300 and 320 dollars when I can find the same ticket on their site for 240 dollars. They set it up that way because they think you won't look on the site to see the price if you call in and you'll trust that's what they are doing. But they are not. They are out to get as much of your money as they can with little tricks like this. The fact they did this, that says it all to me.
The site is a little confusing.it also takes awhile to catch up with you leaving you hanging not knowing if your flight info was all set with a particular airline. First time using so now I understand the process. Thank you for responding.

We booked 2 tickets with cheapo air on the phone with a representative. We were assured that our seats would fit an almost 7ft tall man. Well, were completely misled. See pictures posted! Completely miserable with our seating. Costed $800 round trip for 2 people! What a rip off! Don't waste your time or money with cheapo air. They want to offer me $20 to compensate which is total bull crap!
I booked a flight to Orlando Florida with a car rental. Once I arrived to Orlando they told me my car was not available and there were no more cars for me to rent. They kept my money and left me stranded in the airport. This website is disgusting, never using it again. STAY AWAY!

Jet airways from india to canada. Jet airways filled bankcrupsy and cancelled all flights. They refunded everyone but we didnt get any money back as cheapo air have no answer to that.
CheapOair is a rip off! I'm not a frequent flyer so I didn't know what one ticket was from the other. And they don't explain! All I wanted was a round trip to Florida to see my son whom I haven't seen in 3 years due to medical issues. They did book the dates I needed, but my return day had to be changed after talking to my son. CheapOair charged me for another ticket! So basically I've paid for 2 round trip tickets! And I'm disabled, could have gotten a 20 percent discount if I'd know that too! This whole experience has been a nightmares for me! Never again will I use this outfit! Nothing Cheapo about it! Disgusted
Worst customer service ever by far! Put on hold for almost two hours for someone to answer the phone then hang up on me repeatedly. Wasted my whole day dealing with them.
I had some issues regarding my hotel booking and tried to reach them, but they made me wait for so long and never answered me properly what i was curious about, They said they would check and call me back, but they did not and I had to call them again and this whole proceed just became annoying.
Was charged 50 booking fee then when I cancelled within 24 hours after 4 different calls given the run around charged 75 for cancelling. They did reimburse what they called good faith 35. Both airlines involved refunded 100 %. I lost 90 dollars. Would never use again

She said that my name was spelt wrongly and told me to call a toll free number. She brushed me to one side to sort out.

You cancelled my flight after receiving two different card informations because my first card didnt work, then when i gave you my second card you said the flight was cancelled. I just booked the same exact flight through Kiwi.Com. You are a scamming company. We will be watching our banking statements very closely and will report you.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
