I tested COVID positive while on vacation and when I tried to ask if I could be refunded in order to book another flight they would not EVEN THOUGH I BECAMW COVID POSITIVE! They would do nothing! This is outrageous during the pandemic. It's not like I wasn't going to use the money to buy a plane ticket to go home! I'm stuck where I'm at and I have to spend MORE money to get another ticket because this outrageous commonly doesn't empathize that the pandemic is still happening! Even if you had a death in the family they wouldn't. Even if I was hospitalized they wouldn't. I know I'm only one person and there may be others but me personally will not book through them again. I know it's a big business and mommy small pennies won't make a difference but I'm putting this out to everyone how this company is not understanding due to the pandemic. I didn't CHOOSE to get COVID. I work in the ER in COVID! I help people and I got COVID because of it. I don't recall my booking number.

BAD COMPANY. Waste time and money. Agent spelled name wrong. I called them to correct it. They said you have to be more. I said it's your agent mistake and you want to charge me for it!?

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
