Chat service is the worst I have ever encountered no one knows how to do anything its ridiculous thus us the last time I'm buying anything from Cheapoair its crap! All I needed is to fix the spelling of my sons name and no one there knows how to do that!

I pay for 3 people 2 adult an one child to stay all inclusive in hard rock in puerto vallarta when I get there they say cheapoair only pay for 2 people I call them they never answer they answered only by emails that day before I was to comeback
I ended up paying for my son and until now I just received an email saying that they are sorry but it was my fault

Overall good experience; have had a difficult time accessing the application from my mobile device. Customer service is not available 24/7, and it's inconvenient when traveling overseas. Ended changing my flight and the fees are a bit high and the final price was almost double my initial budget. Special circumstances were a factor both on my end and the company, tricky communication. Still expecting some effort regarding a possible refund. I was happy with the attitude and help if the customer representatives, but availability overseas is not 24/7.
