Very easy to book flight. I just put in the airports departure & arrival date and I got what I needed.
I don't know how they got 4 plus stars, when they can't even help you when you get your flights canceled. They just say rebook it and charge you more money for it. There customers service very rude does not help to do anything other then hand ball the problem. Fully I got my money back for the flight cancellation. After 2.5hrs on the phone.
Purchased boarding passes were not delivered…called them many time the day before and on the day itself of my flight but no one could help me. I asked for refund and they said they cannot refund it anymore but they couldn't help me with it…

The cheapoair website has the worse service ever. Be aware because they are liars. I booked my tickets a month ago for traveling from Albania to Usa, after a week they canceled the half of the trip and asked me to pay more because the airlines canceled the tickets. After a lot of discussions they find me an other ticket but they changed the destination airport.
After two other weeks they changed again my tickets and telling " we can't do nothing because the airline changed the ticket". The layover goes up to 7 hors and 35 min i paid the tickets with a layover 2 hours.
At the time when i booked my tickets i paid more and choose a short layover. The tickets with 7 hours and up were 200$ cheaper.
I try to contact the customer service but they hang up the phone or left me on hold for more than 1 hour. After I reached them they told if you want a tickets with a short layover you have to pay more.
I don't know what to do?
The customer service representative are rude.

I bought a ticket, and after a week the flight has been cancelled then i asked for full refund, which they said that i am entitled for a full refund, now i discover that they deducted more than 100CAD as service fees, and the refund will be processed in 1 or 2 bill cycles which can be 2 month, why should i bear this payment on my credit card for 1 or 2 month?
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
