It doesn't matter if you buy a day, a week or a month in advance. The price that appears on your page is never real. That is dishonesty. Also, the agents are in India, English is difficult to understand and they take a long time. I spent about 2 hours to buy a ticket and when I went to pay it was sold out.

My flight has been changed several times. I informed you that I cannot tolerate all day flights due to my back injuries. I have had six back surgeries and 4 levels of fusions. I cannot tolerate all day flights. I book a 4-5 hour day and you change me to 7+ hours. I just cannot do this! Stop changing my flights. I also cannot get stuck in the back of the plane, for the same reason. I need an isle see due to nerve damage in my leg. I don't think I will ever use you again as I cannot get the flights I choose. I have explained my medical condition to you people several times and no one pays attention.

I accidently chose CheapOair instead of Cheap Tickets. I will not make that mistake twice. I find your website misleading regarding the extra charges for Paid Seats and ESA Fee. I have never seen these charges. I will never chose CheapOair ever again.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
