Today 08/3/2021, I spent 5 hours trying to chat with cheapoair costumer service, at this time there are thousands of covid 19 Delta Varient cases, I took my flight on Qatar Airlines from US to Iraq for business on 7/11/2021, during this visit I got covid 19 the delta varient a couple of days from my Return flight back home, I contacted the Airlines and showed them the Positive results and they cancelled my flight and requested to provide them with Negative results after at least 14 days, today I got the Negative test result and contacted cheapoair that I booked the flight on in the first place, after long hours of delaying and waiting they offered me to pay $4000 ( yes four thousand dollars) due to the change in schedule that was happened due to covid at this time where thousands are getting infected by the minutes and all the countries are in the verge of shutting down back again.
I will use every social media to prevent people from getting scammed and I will report the chat to the CDC and the State Department, and I will ask for a lawyer to review the chat for legal steps, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

I spent half the day trying to reschedule my flight on the app on the chat session it's so terrible it keep crashing and finally when I get through they were no help they couldn't reschedule my flight so I decided to cancel my flight which I paid almost $1400 for with trip protection and I'm only getting $87 so I decided to call customer service I been put on hold for almost an hour now terrible service never will use this site or at definitely don't recommend

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
