I booked tickets with them my bank made an mistake and they have my money my flight is one week away I have kids I don't have confirmation with them everytime I call they give me run around I ask for supervisor not available I don't know what to do now don't even order my visa because I'm not sure if I'm leaving or not i will say this time please stay away from them

Does not show or add requests on itinerary take very long to reach anyone if at all I had to go through American Airlines and United airlines to fix the problem and I still can't add my bags to my ticket. This company is an absolute scam. They cancelled our flights and issued a travel credit. When I went to redeem the credit they charged a $70 "rebooking fee". I've been platinum with the for 6 years and I will honestly waste my points with them before I ever use them again. During covid when so many travel companies are struggling to survive this is not how you should treat customers. Book direct through the airlines, this company saving you $50 isn't worth the headache they inevitably add.
How do I scan the code for faster check in if I do not have a scanner? The code should be sent to your email as the other airlines do instead of having to do all this other stuff. What a waste of my time!

It is impossible to reach a live agent when an error is made on a reservation. 98 minute wait-time with 28 people in the queue is outrageous! I spent several hours calling multiple phone numbers on CheapOAir's websites and always ended in the same queue. Even the "chat" service will direct you to a "travel agent" which puts you back in the queue.
