These guys are horrible. If the flight schedule is changed, they confirm it from their side without our consent and then want us to pay money to get a better flight schedule.
I called them for 2 weeks and everyday I was transferred from one department to another and kept on hold for hrs before they disconnected the call on me everytime. I will never use their services again and absolutely DO NOT recommend them at all.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!

The ticket had expired an email was sent regarding the deadline for using the future credit. Checking with the airline maybe the best option as ticket has been removed from the system after 2 years.
