Was easy to make the booking and convenient being able to book accommodation at the same time as flights.
Someone called me to ask for information i already provided to book the flight and made it sound super sketchy.
Its understood that it is challenging times right now, but I would rather stay put if my only option was to use this website. Connecting Flights got canceled, and there was no one to help- they basically said we were on our own. When we booked directly with airlines to replace the canceled flights with major out of pocket expenses because of the last minute change, CheapO didn't not only compensate us for the difference but they also refused to refund us for the canceled flights - and told us to fight it out with the airline- "their fault not ours". The people were rude and unhelpful. Never again!

I was approved for the credit card but your system does not let you split a payment using your cheap card and a debit card... your system promotes spirit airline nes yet your credit card does not affiliate with spirit. I will be placing negative reviews on every site possible what a horrible experience
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
