Very good web, but please show in a very obvious place the reservations information. It is very difficult to locate within all the rest of services you want to sell, not well designed for the client that needs to get quick information of already done reservations.
Once you reserve a plane ticket it is almost impossible to find where to print the details of your reservation because of the tiny size and the specific place you give to it in the webpage in comparison with all the rest of additionals you are attempting to sell. It is annoying. One knows if you need a car or additional service, and DEFINITELY needs to get to the printing itinerary link. YOU SHOULD NOT HIDE IT TO EMPHASIZE YOUR ADDITIONALS.

Cheapoair is the worst company to deal with. We booked a trip in January, paid extra for cancelation insurance (was told point blank, yes it will cover you if you have to cancel due to covid). Had to cancel due to COVID, cheapoair as well as their insurance denied our claim. When we tried to rebook the trip the agent at cheapoair tried to book a flight that would have cost us an extra $400 (above our credit). When I spoke to the agent, after waiting 45 minutes on hold she hung up on me because I questioned the fact that they have the same flight $500 less to the same destination. Do not use cheapoair, and if you do dont get ripped off buying the insurance, its throwing your money away.
They are very unprofessional and do not stand behind their services. I WILL NEVER book with them again and will tell everyone I know of my experience.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
