The baggage fees make this airline more expensive than its competitor's. The planes they use are uncomfortable and lack the comfort options as most major airlines due. Its like renting a compact car for the price of a luxury car. This airline will not let you board if you are not their 45 mins before your flight, no exceptions. The terminal you fly is similar to flying out of a barn! No restaurants, shops, etc. Choosing this airline you will pay a premium price for nothing.
Too many popups to choose things before confirming all information. I chose what I wanted and then more popups came. I know you are trying to sell upgrades, but it makes it very confusing to have to keep skipping the choices.

I was trying to book a ticket on Cheapoair through their operator. So, I asked if I can avail the price match match guarantee since i checked Expedia & Spirit airlines - their prices were $55 lower, initially, the representative lowered the price down to match. HOWEVER, when I told her that we will use the cheapoair card, she WILL NOT PRICE MATCH IT SAYING THAT - PRICE MATCH IS NOT APPLICABLE WHEN WE USE THEIR CHEAPOAir credit card! That is ridiculous!

I will never use cheapoair ever again. I booked 2 tickets and a family member got sick so we asked to cancel. I bought travel protection insurance just in case and was told I still needed to pay to cancel and that I'd receive a credit to rebook a later date. So, I said whatever I'll pay the cancellation even though I paid for protection insurance because I can't help that a family member got sick and I'm being credited. Now, I'm going to rebook and they said they don't have my credit on file. They said it was an agent error and I should have never been allowed to cancel. So now I have to fight to get my ~$800 back. If I was told the truth upfront that I wasn't able to cancel then I would have transferred the tickets to 2 other traveler names. This is unacceptable and I will never use cheapoair ever again for the inconvenience they caused me and my family by lying to us instead of telling us our options. Luckily, for me, I saved receipts proving I'd get a credit back and now just have to keep pressing.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
