I initiated a chat online and had to wait for more than an hour but still wasn't able to talk to a live agent. I received the change of schedule notification but when I clicked on the review button included in the email, I was constantly led to an error message. I wasn't able to accept the change and as a result or for some other reason I couldn't add baggage. I in the end called a number found online (as there is no customer service number listed on the CheapOair website) and talked to an agent there. Although she accepted the change on my behalf, I wasn't able to add baggage still and she couldn't verify whether the acceptance was registered in the system. I was then on hold for a transfer to another agent forever and I had to end the call after waiting on the phone for something like 15 minutes. Horrible.
