I have been trying since my booking to get the app on my phone to show me my upcoming trip, but nothing is working and I am frustrated, since I won't be able to check in thru the app or get any information. I have deleted and installed the app several times and still nothing! Now I got an e-mail with my husbands name as the recipient and I don't know what to make of this. I made the booking and he is the second passenger, not the other way around.
The person entering the information made multiple serious mistakes, including person arranging and paying for the trip. (She listed my traveling companion as the person booking the trip) Also she listed my address as New York, NY with no street, I live in Larksville, PA. Ansd I did carefully give her my adress. As a result, my credit card was declined and I had to straighten that out. I was surfing while being stranded on hold and noticed the email telling me my card was declined. After a long while on hold, I realized that she was not coming back. Not happy so far, but my flight is booked and approved. Do you have a minus star rating, this person is in my opinion incompetent and in way over her head.

I had to cancel my sister's flights due to her doctor declaring her unfit to travel, she had stage 4 cancer. We took out insurance on the flights via Cheapoair, and now 2.5 years later, still no refund received from Cheapoair. We contacted the insurance company and they were not aware of any insurance taken out by Cheapoair, but Cheapoair received our money for the insurance. This is an absolute pathetic company, scammers, don't ever book with them.
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
