You're killing me with all the last minute fees! When booking flights, seats should be first come, first served. ESA fees are ridiculous! Baggage fees, insurance fees, wipe your butt fees! Makes me want to consider other websites in the future.

I tried to get answers to my questions om checking in for my flight online. I talked to a computer for a while and then asked for an agent. I ended up waiting for more than 20 minutes waiting for an agent and gave up.
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
