Another charge of 70.96? Unsure what this charge is for? At least I need an explanation. This is to much money.
At least explain to me so that I can understand why?

This was the best price I found for my airfare. The price is great and the website was user friendly.

Smooth. Cheapoair is very reliable and easy to use. Have been using for many years. Recently I.have found the app a bit weird and cannot get help. I hope this is rectified soon

I booked our flight to mco to lax airport for nov 17,2034.
There were several options available st the website and i decided to book our trip with 17 hours stopover so we can relax better as we have been traveling from different places.
We received an email confirming our tickets.
The cheapoair website nor the email confirming our ticket did NOT provide any information that we have to pick up our luggages at the minneapolis airport and check in again for the next flight to lax. We booked for one flight to lax and definitely didn't want to go thru the hassle of picking up our luggages and check in again. Worst, we had to pay twice for all our luggages for a flight i original booked from mco-lax.
Cheapoair booked us in 2 separate flights without informing us.
We only got to know about it when we were checking in for our flight.
Our ticket had one booking reference and stated that our flight to lax was a ontuing flight.
In summary, cheapoair's website is soooo incomplete and inaccurate that mislead its clients.
I spoke to one of your agents and i was informed the airline will inform us upon checkin re picking up of luggage and checking in again. As related to your agent, the information must be given upon booking or upon confirmation of the booking.
The supervisor apologized and offered a $32 consolation.
I specifically said i was not asking nor requesting for any money but for your company to improve on your information and communication to your clients so as not to be misled.
Such a frustrating and devastating experience most specially after talking to your agent and supervisor.
It is not all money but more of acknowledging your failure to inform your passengers.
Would appreciate hearing from you on this very sad experience from your end.

Nowhere in the information given by cheapoair that my booking was done with 2 separate
