When I went to seat confirmation it wouldn't allow me to choose seats. So I called and it said you I can choose 24 hrs before flight. That is too late to find out if I can get an aisle seat or not. I need an aisle seat, it is a very long flight.

I can't get an itinerary to save my life. I've requested twice via the website and once via your chatbot and still no itinerary. All I get is an email with a link to the website. That is NOT an itinerary. I have nothing that confirms my seat selection, or that I paid for baggage, or the times or anything like that... unless I log into my account and look at it online. This is not always convenient or even feasible. I need backup.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
