I purchased one of their two products, the raven light, in the wall-mounted version.
When I received the product, there were no mounting instructions or hardware. As you can see in the picture, there's not much to go by for mounting.
I emailed their help desk to tell them I'd received neither instructions nor hardware. They replied with a photo of narrative instructions (no diagrams, as you can see in the second photo).
I replied, reiterating I hadn't received the hardware, and they replied (I quote), "The raven light really does not come with any hardware. Maybe you can bring the raven light to your local hardware and ask for assistance."
The first problem is, of course, that they have an odd mounting system but don't include hardware. The second is that they didn't bother to tell me this in the first email. The third is that I gave the lamp a two-star review on their site, noting I would revise it upward if I received instructions and hardware (hoping to inspire them to help), and the review was never posted.
This was a product recommended by a friend on social media, so I didn't look at it as closely as I should have. Fair warning to other consumers. The lamp is super cool, but the reviews are skewed and the product requires a bunch of expertise and hardware that I simply don't have.
